The 2009 All-Pro Strength and Conditioning Clinic was a great success.  It was an honor to have some of the top coaches in the country speak at our clinic.  For those who were not able to make the event the DVD will be for sale on our site within the next few weeks.

The 2009 National High School and College Strongman Challenge will be on Saturday July 25th.  Registration form will be posted here by next week.
