AthElite Training Philosophy

All of our training programs are geared towards enhancing the explosiveness, speed and overall strength of an athlete while improving their ability on the playing field.  Our goal is to be a positive influence in the development and maturation of the athlete, both physically and mentally.  To achieve this goal we use multiple training protocols or what is called the Russian Conjugate Sequence System in the Eastern bloc countries. All programs are designed based on an individuals training level, competitive calendar, injury status and specific sport.  Athletes who participate in the programs listed below will use all or some of the following training protocols:

AthElite Programs 

Pre-High School AthElite- The goal of this program is to prepare 6-8th graders for the rigors of high school athletics.  We will do this by building self-confidence, reduce the risks of injuries and improve overall athletic ability. We achieve these goals by teaching our athletes how to perform basic strength training exercises, how to make better food and nutritional choices, enhancing the efficiency of their sprint mechanics, and building a level of coordination and balance.

High School AthElite- The High School AthElite program is for any Female or Male athlete from grades 9-12 who are looking for a performance edge in high school athletics.  The program focuses on improving overall athletic ability and transferring it to sport.  Every athlete is assessed and grouped according to commitment level, strength level, skill level and age.

 Collegiate AthElite- The Collegiate AthElite program is for any Female or Male involved in Division 3 to Division 1 Athletics.  This advanced program incorporates all training protocols with the goal of peaking the athlete for their preseason camps. 

 Professional AthElite The main focus of this program is to assist the professional in continuing their excellence in their respective sport. More maintenance/restorative exercises and protocols will be used considering the fact that most of these individuals have reached their peak level of athletic enhancement. Also, taken into consideration is the “punishment” these athletes have taken from high school through the professional ranks

 I used to be an AthElite-

This program was started solely based on the demand from our clients parents.  Most have seen the success and transformations that their kids have made and wanted it for themselves.  Whether you are an athlete, a former athlete or you are not an athlete we know that the keys to improving your fitness level is coaching, programming, atmosphere and commitment level.  The results we get for our athletes are now available during the day for moms and dads looking to make the commitment and the transformation.
